Refund policy

At Sahydri Gold Organics, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only if:

The product is damaged during delivery.
You receive the wrong item.
The product is expired or defective.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Opened or used products.
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
Change of mind after purchase.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Replacements

Eligible products may be replaced subject to stock availability.
